A week before our wedding, we decided to do a photo shoot in our wedding attire. This means that I was I okay with Ethan seeing me in my wedding dress before the ceremony. I was only okay with this for three reasons...
1. Ethan & I decided that getting married in San Diego at the end of August was a good idea. What wasn't a good idea was the heat. Taking pictures before hand meant there was a small chance that my make up wouldn't be melted off in the pictures. It worked. My make up stayed in tact.
2. Since Ethan & I decided to get married in the middle of the day during summer in Southern California, I was pretty much forced to wear my hair up off of my neck so it wouldn't get all frizzy on our wedding day. However, Ethan loves my hair down & curly, so I wanted to make sure I had some wedding pictures where he likes my hair best.
3. Getting married in the temple is basically the best thing in the entire world. However, since Ethan & I decided to get married in the temple, I didn't get the chance to show Ethan my dress & watch his reaction while I walked down an aisle. This was the perfect solution. We got to be sealed in the temple & I got to see Ethan's face when I first wore my dress for him.
